Mr. Deepak Goradia, the current Chairman and Managing Director of Dosti Realty, joined the company in 1984. He is continuing the legacy, guided by the principles of ethical business practices, transparency and striving for customer satisfaction.

Mr. Deepak Goradia holds a dual degree in Commerce and Law. Deepak Goradia is the visionary of the group because of his ideas, strategy and vision. His interest in the architectural and design aspect of the business, stemmed from here. With every new land purchase he envisaged the architectural marvels that could be created to unlock the potential of the plot. One such testament to this futuristic thinking was Dosti Acre’s – New Wadala (Antop Hill). Dosti Realty purchased 18 acres of Indian Hume Pipe land at Antop Hill in 2001. The plot created history in Mumbai real estate as it was heralded as one of the largest land transactions at that time by the Economic Times. The location which was once a dot on the map with poor infrastructure is now a thriving residential and retail location post the development of Dosti Acres. The project was also one the foremost to introduce the Society Club House Culture in Mumbai real estate. Mr. Deepak Parekh,Chairman of HDFC inaugurated the Dosti Leisure Club, which offers world class amenities, facilities and also guest rooms.

Mr. Deepak Goradia serves as Chairman and Managing Director of Dosti Realty Limited. Mr. Deepak Goradia’s ideas of structuring captivating architectural designs and developing ideal surroundings with every project have made Dosti Realty achieve an inspiring position in the realty sector. Mr.Deepak Goradia is the visionary of the group, its main strategist and negotiator for land acquisition as well as the brain behind the architectural grandeur and lively landscapes of Dosti Realty Projects.

UNDER HIS LEADERSHIP THERE HAVE BEEN MANY FIRSTS FOR DOSTI REALTY THAT REDEFINED THE BRAND AND SKYLINE

The journey of Dosti Realty started with smaller projects across Mumbai. However, the transformation of the New Wadala (Antop Hill) skyline into a dream destination by the creation of ‘Dosti Acres’ in 2002 is what redefined the brand. This is now a renowned destination with significant development. Dosti Acres also featured one of the first club houses in Mumbai (Dosti Club Leisure) which offered world class amenities, facilities and even guest rooms facilities way back in 2005.

After transforming Wadala as a destination Dosti Realty was among the first few developers to see the potential of Parel-Sewri as a residential destination. A location that primarily comprised mill land was transformed into a new location and from China Mill emerged the iconic Dosti Flamingos. Given the view of the Harbour Sea and Flamingos, the project showcased a motif of Flamingos as a theme with several sculptures of Flamingos which was another industry first in 2005.

Even in the Thane market Dosti Realty was one of the first few developers to see the potential of Thane and played an important role in making it a location of the future, with projects like Dosti Vihar, Dosti Imperia, Dosti Pinnacle and many more. Back in 2011, Dosti Vihar was one of the few projects to use Aluminum shuttering formwork technology from South Korea and Malaysia during its construction. This technology revolutionized construction and delivery timelines, and has now become a benchmark for almost all projects of Dosti Realty. The clubhouse of Dosti Vihar was also touted to be one of the largest in Thane way back in 2012 when the first few buildings were completed.

In 2016, Dosti Realty delivered Dosti Ambrosia a luxury project in New Wadala which showcased a roof top swimming pool at a height of 485 feet from ground level. Designed by the renowned architect and 2016 Padma Bhushan winner – Mr Hafeez Contractor, it was one of the first projects in Wadala to have such a feature.

As the company grew so did its developments across the MMR region. In 2016, the Dosti Foundation School at Shil Thane was the first education institute built by Dosti Realty. This school became operational in 2016 and is one of the first ICSE schools in the Shil-Thane location. It has over 1000 students till date and has won numerous awards as well as received significant appreciation from the educational fraternity over the past few years.

In Shil Thane, Dosti Realty also developed one of the first planned layouts in that location – Dosti Planet North. The complex came replete with retail shopping within the complex and Dosti Club Royale a private clubhouse adjacent to the project which was approximately 27500 sq.ft. Phase 1 which was delivered in 2017 has 1100+ families resides there and is a landmark in this location. Dosti Realty recently delivered another 280 homes in Phase II and has various other phases under construction currently at Dosti Planet North.
